What is a Solution Revolution®?
|
Are you looking for a way to build community in your organization? Try clearing the way for success and begin imagining the POWER of small communities of people in your organization simultaneously working to solve your organization's core problems... breaking through one barrier-at-a-time. People can find strength in working together and at the same time they can transform your business or organization and boost your effectiveness and success. Here's how to get started... 1 Use Breakthrough! to identify the TOP five issues standing in the way of greater business success in your organization. You can conduct a 360 degree organizational exploration in minutes!!
2 Organize FIVE small cross-functional communities or teams (2-5 people each) selected to start the SOLUTION REVOLUTION in your organization. Pick your best and brightest and perhaps some talented individuals needing renewal and challenge. 3 Assign each team ONE of the five issues you identified. Mix expertise --- pick some people who are high level contributors, but don't necessarily have expertise in the problem area. You'll get some fresh perspectives this way. 4 Arm each team with a copy of BREAKTHROUGH!® to help them examine what lies behind the issue from their perspectives and as a tool to help them to explore the possibilities for resolution, integrate their own ideas and develop a proposed plan for action. 5 Meet with your teams. Let them present their proposal. Discuss plans. Finalize and agree on a plan of action. Mobilize the teams into ACTION by your personal encouragement and sponsorship; celebrate their success as problems are resolved and positive change takes place. |
